Marie de Saint Salvy succeeds Michel Dumont, who remains Chairman of the Supervisory Board. With nearly 15 years of experience in industry and a career marked by international development and acquisition integration, she has notably held management positions at Naval Group, Safran, CS Group, and Scalian.
